Key Objectives/ Deliverables

Genesis Technology Services are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly-motivated Recruitment Officer to join their team. Genesis Technology Services are a growing agency and looking to expand their team.

Reporting to the HR Manager , the main purpose of the role is to supply relevant CVs for Project based and internal recruitment. In addition to this to generate new business across all business sectors as well as servicing existing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • To create and maintain relationships with customers and candidates
  • To use CV databases to find and match candidates
  • To report and track progress of leads, sales and candidates
  • To monitor clients to track to the annual and seasonal requirements
  • To use Social Media to gain new business leads and candidates
  • Manage the onboarding process end to end

Operational Experience

Essential –

  • Experience of recruitment ideally in Telecoms or Engineering Sectors
  • Successful track record in recruitment and building a desk

Desirable –

  • Background of contract and permanent recruitment
